Delivery below the value of € 25,00 (excluding additional costs like logistics, transport PayPal or bank service charges in non EU countries) cannot be provided.For the delivery of replacement parts there is a minimum value of € 25,00 excluding additional costs like transport PayPal or bank service charges in non EU countries.
Orders below € 50,00 are charged with a share of logistics expenses of € 6,00 for each supplier.
If payment is done via PayPal, transfer costs according to the invoice amount are additionally charged. These costs are transparently displayed as a separate position.

Distribution/Shipping:

Within the EU we are shipping also with the Austrian Post, in exceptional cases with "GLS". In both cases the shipping costs amount between € 17,90 and € 24,90 will be executed. We always try to keep our stocks up to date, but it is possible that goods and parts are sold in the meantime. We are pleased to inform you about deliverable goods and parts upon request. If partial delivery is requested, please inform us accordingly. Pre-order of new articles is possible without deposit. As soon as the article is available we will inform accordingly.

We can also handle repairs and modifications. After sending your articles or models, we can give you an estimate of the costs. Repairs of locomotives of the wheel gauge of Z, N, H0e, H0m or H0 we need to calculate € 35,00 for the cost estimate. This value will be refunded in case of your repair order. Repairs of locomotives with a larger wheel gauge like 0, 1 or G no fixed rate can be applied. We are sure, that you already noticed, that we still do have models and spare parts, which are no more available on the market. This is because of:

Razi’s Modellbahnservice – formely Razis Modellbahnen – was established in October 1989. Since then, we always had an eye on our articles, which we ordered always up to date. Therefore we had long positions, which we are able to offer you now as well inspected newly articles with warranty. On the button “Alt aber gut” (Old but good) we would like to refer to second hand articles. All articles are well inspected and/or repaired and proven fully operational. These articles are offered with a one year warranty.
